All unlock schedules are anchored to the end of the IDA. There is no delay or separate TGE - unlocking begins directly after the IDA auction concludes.

At TGE, ~17.5% of tokens are technically circulating — but less than 5% are freely sellable. Most of this supply is either locked in liquidity pools, subject to unlock, or reserved for future protocol use.
