### 📌 Key IDA Details

**Timing:**\
The GBM IDA starts at **10:00 UTC November 24th 2025** and finishes at: **21:00 UTC December 1st 2025**

**Duration:**\
The auction will run for **7 days**, giving everyone plenty of time to participate.

**Token Bundles Sizes:**\
There will be 7 different sizes of $GBM token bundles available to bid on during the IDA

**Waves:**\
The auction unfolds across **five dynamic waves**. Each wave unlocks as fundraising milestones are reached, progressively introducing new token bundles to bid on. When a new wave begins, the starting price for each bundle in that wave matches the **lowest live price per token** currently being bid across all active bundles.

**Currency:**\
Bidding will be conducted in **$USDC** on the **Base** network.

**Smart Contracts:**\
All bids are fully funded and processed **on-chain via audited smart contracts**.

**Unlock Schedule:**\
All $GBM tokens won in the IDA will be **100% unlocked at TGE**

### 🧾 Wallet Requirements

To participate, you'll need a supported Web3 wallet with both:

* **$USDC** (for bidding) on the **Base** network.
* **$ETH** (for gas fees) on the **Base** network.

**Supported wallets include:**

* MetaMask
* Coinbase Wallet & Coinbase Extension
* Phantom
* OKX Wallet
* Any other wallet compatible with **WalletConnect**

✅ Make sure your wallet is connected to the **Base** network and funded with both $USDC & $ETH before the auction begins.
