Essential Details for Participating in the $GBM Utility Token Auction

📌 Key IDA Details

Timing: The GBM IDA is scheduled for later in 2025.

Duration: The auction will run for 7 days, giving everyone ample time to participate.

Bundles: A wide variety of token bundles will be available in different sizes and quantities — designed to be accessible across a range of price points.

Currency: Bidding will be conducted in $USDC on the Base network.

Smart Contracts: All bids are fully funded and processed on-chain via audited smart contracts.

Unlock Schedule: Token distribution after the IDA will follow a structured unlock schedule (see Unlock Schedules).

Post-IDA Liquidity: The IDA will establish the initial reference price for the token’s first DEX pair.

Max Cap: The IDA will have a maximum cap of $5M USDC, set by the Buy It Now prices across all bundles.

🧾 Wallet Requirements

To participate, you'll need a supported Web3 wallet with both:

• $USDC (for bidding) on the Base network.

• $ETH (for gas fees) on the Base network.

Supported wallets include:

• MetaMask

• Coinbase Wallet

• Phantom

• Any other wallet compatible with WalletConnect

✅ Make sure your wallet is connected to the Base network and funded with both $USDC & $ETH before the auction begins.
